Brasserie Larché – Bières de Bourgogne

The company was born in 1996, three friends decided to bring back a beer manufacturing tradition of the city of Sens. Since then, this traditional brewery produces numerous beers, lager, white, dark or amber, sold under the name of Thomas Becket and by-products which you can find in the shop next to the brewery. The various malts come from barleys produced in Burgundy. The addition of honey of the Yonne brings the final touch to the production of this pure product of our region. If you are curious to know the history of this place as well as the process of manufacturing these local beers, you can visit the brewery by making an appointment for groups (10 people minimum).

The shop is open from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to noon and from 2.pm to 6.pm.
