These are the additional measures we have put in place for your safety and the safety of our staff.
Additional hygiene measures
To welcome you in the best and safest conditions, we have put in place the following measures :
- The frequency of our cleaning has been increased, including surfaces and door handles.
- We welcome maximal 12 visitors in the tourist office of Sens, 11 in Villeneuve-sur-Yonne.
- We put a plexiglas protection at our desks.
- We withdrew the documentation in self service : only one exemplar is presented. You want to get a precise brochure or paper ? We give it to you by hand.
- We air frequently the offices.
- In the shop area, only one item is presented. We serve you on demand.
Reciprocally, we ask you to :
- Wear a face covering.
- If you are with a group or family, only one person enter the office.
- Use the hand sanitiser at your disposal.
- Maintain social distancing during your visit.
