About
We like the welcome and availability of Valérie and her brother Sébastien, who succeeded their father and work together on this small family wine-making estate, settled in Préhy, at the heart of the chablisien vineyard, since 1983. They produce and grow a delicious Chablis, stemming from Chardonnay as well as red and rosé Bourgogne wines . The grapes of their vineyards, situated in climates traditionally recognized as producing excellent wines of Chablis, are picked at optimal maturity, first condition for getting a high-quality wine. The catalog of the domain counts a dozen references, some wines being matured in oak barrels.
Wine tasting and sale for private customers, Monday to Saturday from 9.00am to 12.00 and 1.30pm to 6.30pm
