About
1959 is the beginning of this domain when William Fèvre declares his first harvest. Over the years, the domain grows rich of new plots of land, 90 today, always by staying on the historic sites. This domain became one of the biggest vineyards in Chablis with prestigious 51 hectares among which 15,9 are classified in Premier Cru and 15,2 in Grand Cru. The whole vineyard is particularly well taken care of. For several years, the vines have been grown according to organic farming.
Tasting-sale to individuals, every day, from March 1st till 30th November,
Visits of the nearby chaix of the vault, by appointment, for individual and group (minimum 10 people). Various options of visits with tasting are proposed, including the presentation of the vineyard, on-site. Possible comments in English, German, Spanish and Japenese.
