Domaine des Sénons

The Les Sénons Estate is testament to the rebirth of a vineyard whose existence has been traced back to ancient times and that fell victim to the phylloxera blight in the wake of the First World War. It is also evidence of promising conditions, as the soil has proven to be particularly well-suited to growing grapes.
The visit begins at the parcels of the estate located in Paron. This is where the winery with its gravity system was built. From these parcels of land, the view over the Sénon countryside is spectacular. During this tour, you will learn about the technical decisions made in guiding the vines: organic and dynamic agriculture.
A film will be shown on the philosophy and history of the Les Sénons Estate. Finally, you will have the opportunity to taste the wines of the Domaine des Sénons!
