In the heart of the former royal city of Villeneuve-sur-Yonne, in front of the covered market built during the 19th Century, the 'Restaurant de la Halle' welcomes you for lunch from Monday to Friday with a large choice of fresh and homemade dishes. On Fridays, Villeneuve's market day, the chef bakes his own 'croissants' in the morning, and for lunch, you can get 'calf's head', a French gastronomic speciality. The terrace is very pleasant.
