This is an old water mill from the 16th century between Sens and Troyes. Christophe, a great chef is in charge of this restaurant with his very wide cooking repertoire. You will enjoy his very fresh and full of inspiration cooking. Reasonable prices and pleasure are the highlights of the place.
Closed on Sunday evenings and on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays at noon.
