Le Borvo has been created and managed by Daniel Raymond for more than 30 years. After opening a gastronomic restaurant, quickly graded by Michelin star, whose most famous dishes were made with smoked salmon, he decided to open a production site in the North of Burgundy. Whether it is from Norway or Scotland, it is always "Atlantic Salmon". For many connoiseurs, starred chefs and renowned caterers, Le Borvo smoked salmon is the best in the world.
