The "La Prairie de la Tuilerie de Talouan" lodge, located between Sens and Joigny at only a few kilometres from the centre of Villeneuve-sur-Yonne, is perfect for a refreshing break in the enchanting setting of a former tile factory from the 19th century, surrounded by nature, at the edge of the forest.
This lodge can accommodate 13 people and offers luxury services in a ‘natural’ décor. Each spacious room has an en suite bathroom and toilet. There is also a Turkish bath. Outside, you can explore the Tuilerie park (garden furniture, terrace, etc.).
The house has been renovated using an environmental approach in order to preserve nature: rainwater reservoir, cooperative and local electricity, waste reduction and natural water filtration.
There is a 2nd lodge on the property, able to accommodate 10 people. The Tuilerie can thus house a total of 23 people.
There is a double room on the ground floor suitable for persons with disabilities, with downstairs bathroom and toilet equipped with support bars. The house is accessed via a gravel path.
