"La Petite Maison de Bois le Roi” is a charming 2-bedroom lodge in Nailly, 5 km from Sens, in the park of the Château de Bois-le-Roi, and can host 4 people, making it perfect for families in search of somewhere to stay and recharge their batteries!
The lodge is in the middle of the park of the Château Louis XIII, listed as a Historic Monument. It is actually the former groundskeepers’ house, renovated in a way that respected the old natural materials: wood, floor tiles, roofing, etc. It covers 68m² and has a fitted kitchen (oven, cooker, dishwasher and coffee machine) that opens onto the eating area and the living room (featuring a thoroughly charming decorative fireplace!), two connected bedrooms and a bathroom, all as a bungalow. The ensemble is very bright and warm, and the furniture is thoughtfully chosen.
Outside, you are surrounded by trees and greenery. The little terrace in front of the lodge can be used for taking your meals or sunbathing with a view over the château and the park. With its garden furniture and barbecue, the setting is perfect for relaxation! It also features a sand pit for children.
For your convenience, bed and household linen are included in the rental price.
Heating will be charged for between November and March.
