Half way between Sens and Joigny, a house in a 19th century farm surrounded by 1.4ha of land, which used to be the oven to bake the bread. You can take advantage of the old materials such as wood, stone, and brick creating a warm atmosphere.
The ground floor offers a living room with a couch for 2 people (140cms), an equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. There is access to the garden by a bay window. A big bedroom in the attic with 2 beds (1 double and 1 single). Option for a baby bed.
The access is by the main yard, but is fully independent from the rest of the residence.
Included : beds made at your arrival, linen and final clean up.
