At the heart of the charming village of Villiers-Louis, 10km east of Sens, 60km from Troyes and the outlet stores, and 120km from Paris, you can stay in a fully-renovated 75 m² house, decorated with taste and built over 2 floors. The facilities, both indoors and outdoors, are perfectly suited to families (baby equipment available).
On the ground floor of the house you’ll find a big living area with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), a study with a sofa bed, a utility room (with washing machine and clothes dryer) and a toilet.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms (each with a standard double bed) and a bathroom with toilet.
Outside, the 155 m² enclosed garden has a 15 m² outdoor decking with garden furniture, barbecue and sun lounger, as well as a garden. You can park two vehicles in the gravel courtyard, secured with an electric gate.
It’s very practical! The beds will be made up for you upon arrival and bath towels and all other fees are included. Late arrivals are possible thanks to the lock secured with a code.
Would you like to avoid cooking? Your hosts can order ready-made meals for you from a caterer (€21.00).
