Near Sens, in the town of Maillot, Le Rendez-Vous is open every lunchtime for a traditional cuisine. Every weekend, the dishes on the slate change!
Specialities: calf's head, eggs meurette, but also fish: skate wing, salmonette... The homemade desserts, such as mushroom meringue and profiteroles, bring your meal to a climax
